Privacy policy

One Function provides music software and product support from Israel. For questions about personal information, contact onfunction@gmail.com. This policy covers our storefront and product-support activity; Creem operates its own checkout and buyer portal.

Information and purposes

The storefront does not ask you to create an account or enter card details. Hosting providers process ordinary request information such as IP addresses, browser details and request times to deliver and protect the website. This site does not run advertising trackers or use browser storage to authorize paid downloads.

When you buy through Creem, it processes the email, billing, payment and order information needed for that purchase under its Privacy Notice. One Function may receive the order and contact information needed for fulfilment, support, refunds and accounting. Payment-card details are entered with the payment provider, not stored by this storefront.

If you email support, we use the information you choose to send to answer your request. Do not send passwords, identity documents, card data or private music projects. We do not add you to a One Function marketing list without a separate choice, and we do not sell your personal information.

Retention and service providers

Order and support information is retained only for fulfilment, resolving requests, fraud prevention and applicable accounting/legal recordkeeping. Hosting and payment providers process information for their respective services and may process it outside your country. Their own privacy and security policies apply to their systems.

Your requests

Contact the support email to request access, correction or deletion of information One Function holds, or to raise a privacy concern. We may need to verify that a request relates to your order. Information legally required for accounting, disputes or fraud prevention may need to be retained. For payment-provider data or your Creem portal account, use Creem’s privacy contact and portal controls. This policy does not limit rights provided by applicable law.

Email onfunction@gmail.com for installation, product, billing or privacy questions. We aim to respond within three business days. For an order issue, include your order reference and the email used at checkout. Do not send sensitive identity, password or payment data.

One Function is the product brand and software-support provider. When approved purchases open, Creem is the merchant of record and issues the payment receipt under its Buyer Terms. For Creem-processed sales, the contractual reseller is Armitage Labs OÜ (registry 16977866), Rotermanni 14, Tallinn 10111, Estonia. One Function remains your contact for the software.
