Terms & Beta License

Beta license

Each purchase covers one named product and the beta build identified on its product page and receipt. SPECTRAL is US$5 paid once, including tax, for perpetual use of the purchased build. COIL and ORBIT are producer previews and are not offered for purchase on this site. It is not a subscription, a bundle of all One Function tools, or a purchase of the software’s source code.

Your use

Once supplied, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use that purchased build on computers you own or control for your music projects, including commercial music. There is no scheduled expiry for use of the supplied build. You may not share the installer or plugin with other people, redistribute it, resell access, or remove third-party notices. Mandatory rights provided by law are unaffected.

Beta scope and later releases

This is early-access software. Features, interfaces and compatibility may change, and beta defects may occur. Save backups of projects before testing. Compatibility is limited to the requirements stated for each product; a Windows build does not include macOS, AU or AAX versions.

We may, at our discretion, make additional beta builds of the same purchased product available to existing buyers through their purchase downloads, without an additional product charge. The purchase does not include a commitment to develop or supply updates, a release schedule, a final release, future major versions, other products, or indefinite online download hosting. Keep a backup of the build you receive. This does not limit any updates, remedies or other obligations required by applicable law.

Support and product rights

Product assistance is provided through the support contact shown below and on the purchase receipt. We aim to respond to support requests within three business days. You retain ownership of your original music. The software, branding and third-party components remain subject to their respective rights and accompanying notices. These terms do not grant rights that the seller does not hold.

Which terms apply

The version accepted at purchase governs that order. Any later material change must not retroactively remove purchased rights. Checkout also presents the payment provider’s applicable terms. Nothing here excludes non-waivable consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Purchase, delivery & refunds

SPECTRAL Studio 0.6.1 is US$5, paid once, with tax included in the USD product price. It provides perpetual use of the supplied Windows standalone build. There is no subscription or automatic renewal. Check the final currency, total and product requirements before paying.

Once checkout is approved, Creem processes payment and supplies the attached EXE through the purchase receipt and customer portal. One Function provides the software and product support. A return URL or query parameter on this site is never proof of a paid order.

Request help or a refund

Email onfunction@gmail.com from your purchase email address. Include the order reference, product/version and a brief description of the problem. Request assistance for failed delivery, duplicate charges, wrong files or a product that does not meet its stated requirements. Never send card details or passwords. We aim to reply within three business days.

Refund requests are assessed against the product description, applicable consumer rights and Creem’s Buyer Terms. Creem processes approved refunds. If an issue remains unresolved, contact Creem through its customer portal. This policy does not apply a blanket “no refunds” rule.

Cancellation and digital delivery

There is no recurring plan to cancel. Digital-content delivery and any applicable withdrawal-consent requirements are handled in checkout. Do not assume that a general license checkbox removes consumer rights. Mandatory rights and remedies under applicable law take precedence; labeling software a beta does not remove them.

Email onfunction@gmail.com for installation, product, billing or privacy questions. We aim to respond within three business days. For an order issue, include your order reference and the email used at checkout. Do not send sensitive identity, password or payment data.

One Function is the product brand and software-support provider. When approved purchases open, Creem is the merchant of record and issues the payment receipt under its Buyer Terms. For Creem-processed sales, the contractual reseller is Armitage Labs OÜ (registry 16977866), Rotermanni 14, Tallinn 10111, Estonia. One Function remains your contact for the software.

התשלום הוא חד־פעמי עבור מוצר אחד וגרסת הבטא המצוינת בעת הרכישה. הרישיון לשימוש בגרסה שנמסרה אינו מוגבל למועד סיום קבוע. אין מדובר במנוי או ברכישת כל מוצרי One Function.

ייתכן שנעמיד לרוכשים גרסאות בטא נוספות של אותו מוצר ללא תשלום מוצר נוסף, לפי שיקול דעתנו. הרכישה אינה כוללת התחייבות לפיתוח או לאספקת עדכונים, למועד שחרור, לגרסה סופית, לגרסאות ראשיות עתידיות, למוצרים אחרים או לאחסון הורדות מקוון ללא הגבלת זמן. יש לשמור עותק של הקבצים שהתקבלו. אין בכך לגרוע מחובות עדכון או מזכויות אחרות לפי הדין החל.

זו תוכנת בטא למערכות Windows x64 לפי דרישות כל מוצר. ייתכנו תקלות ושינויים; מומלץ לשמור גיבוי של פרויקטים. התשלום, המחיר הסופי, פרטי המוכר ומדיניות הביטול הרלוונטית יוצגו לפני השלמת העסקה. עצם הסימון ״בטא״ אינו מבטל זכויות צרכניות. אין בתנאים ויתור על זכויות שלא ניתן לוותר עליהן לפי דין.
